COVID-19 event protocol will be based on State and CDC guidance at the time of the event. Health and safety for all guests is our priority, and we will continue to monitor and follow all local guidelines.
Protocols are subject to change. Guests will receive updates closer to the event.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
RESALE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. “Resale” means accepting any form of payment for the right to attend this event. Tickets and tables can only be purchased directly through the Elton John Aids Foundation. Tickets sold via third parties will not be honored. The Ticket Request Form is intended only for the person to whom it was addressed and cannot be forwarded on. By returning the Ticket Request Form, you understand you are applying to request tickets and are not guaranteed tickets. Confirmation of your ticket order and receipt of your processed payment will be sent to you if your ticket request is successful. This is a high-security event with strict COVID-19 protocols in place. We require all guest names in advance. Tickets once confirmed are non-refundable and non-transferable. Names on guest IDs must match the guest list. Please note that no cameras, recording or broadcasting equipment will be permitted to be brought into or used at the venue. Elton John AIDS Foundation Inc. holds tax-exempt status with the US Internal Revenue Service as a section 501(c)(3) public charity (EJAF Tax ID 58-2033460) and in the UK as Registered Charity No. 1017336. For US Tax Payers, USD $850.00 of each ticket is a non-tax-deductible charge for food, beverage, and entertainment. Terms & Conditions are subject to change.
