Equity Challenge Fund
As part of the RADIAN 2.0 programme, the Elton John AIDS Foundation re-opens the call for grant proposals under the Equity Challenge Fund. This opportunity is aimed at improving HIV outcomes in the most affected locations in EECA by addressing structural drivers of the HIV epidemic.
This opportunity is open until May 19, 2025.

Innovation Challenge Fund
Under the RADIAN 2.0 program, the Elton John AIDS Foundation calls for grant proposals under the Innovation Challenge Fund. This opportunity is aimed at pioneering ideas which address the HIV epidemic in Eastern Europe and Central Asia – to be piloted, evaluated, documented, and if successful, disseminated and replicated.
This opportunity is open until June 30, 2027.
